Refund Policy

At Glow Silk Skin, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on used IPL devices unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a faulty or broken product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You will be asked to provide a brief description along with photo or video proof. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.

How to Request a Return
To start the return process, please email us at support@glowsilkskin.com with your order number and reason for return. If your request is approved, we’ll provide further instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Refund Timeline
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Haven’t Received Your Refund?
